Title: B-CPT-10129 Bilingual Sales Representative Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Bilingual Sales Representative VA/Business Support VA/Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

We are looking for a Senior-Level Sales Representative Virtual Assistant to support business development efforts. This role includes lead generation, client outreach, cold calling, and relationship management, along with light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, proactive, and experienced in sales strategies for service-based businesses.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the potential to expand to full-time based on performance.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
  • Present services effectively and handle objections professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support social media posting (Instagram) for brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide weekly performance updates.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Communication: Clear, professional English accent.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, CRM proficiency, excellent organizational skills.
  • Personality: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: within 9 AM to 5 PM PST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
