About the Role

We are seeking a PLM/merchandising professional with strong functional consulting skills to join our team as we expand our capabilities into VibeIQ PLM. This individual will bring proven experience in assortment planning, line planning, and PLM business processes—ideally with a foundation in PTC FlexPLM and leverage that expertise to design, configure, and implement VibeIQ-based solutions for our clients.

The role requires a blend of business process expertise, consulting presence, solution design, and hands-on configuration. You will collaborate directly with merchandising, design, planning, and sales teams to capture requirements, translate them into functional workflows, and guide clients through the adoption of VibeIQ. As a key contributor, you will also help shape ArcherGrey’s methodology and best practices for functional VibeIQ implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Elicit and translate business / merchandising / design / sales processes into functional requirements; map them to VibeIQ’s capabilities.
  • Configure the VibeIQ platform: set up Plans, Boards, Showcases, workflows, user roles, permissions, data models, integration points.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders (merchandising, planning, design, sales) to understand their assortment lifecycle calendar, metrics (e.g. time-to-market, sell-through, adoption), and pain points.
  • Provide advisory/consulting services: best practices in assortment planning, visual line planning, B2B sales workflows, adoption strategies.
  • Drive client training: create training materials, run workshops, enable end users.
  • Manage data onboarding: help clients get their data into the system, ensure data quality, migration, mappings, etc.
  • Test configurations and integrations (with internal / external systems) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor success after go-live: track KPIs, collect feedback, support adoption, optimize configuration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in VibeIQ product capabilities; work with product management / engineering to feed client feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Support go-live and hypercare to stabilize solutions post-deployment.
  • Capture client technical feedback; work with product/engineering to suggest enhancements.
  • Partner with clients and ArcherGrey colleagues to establish best practices and methodologies for VibeIQ implementations.

About the Candidate

You are a consultative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of business process and technology. You are equally comfortable engaging with merchandising, design, planning, and sales stakeholders to capture requirements, and configuring solutions that align technology to business strategy. You have a strong foundation in FlexPLM business processes and are motivated to expand into VibeIQ as a modern SaaS platform.

You excel in client-facing roles, communicate clearly, and build trust through your business acumen and integrity. You are a self-starter who enjoys tackling complexity, facilitating workshops, and guiding clients through adoption while contributing to both project success and the evolution of our implementation methodology.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience (3-5 years or more, depending on level) implementing SaaS platforms, preferably in retail / fashion / consumer goods / assortment/planning / merchandising domains.
  • Strong functional knowledge of assortment planning/merchandising / B2B selling / product design workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to understand business KPIs, process flows, data models.
  • Experience with configuring software platforms (setting up roles, permissions, workflows).
  • Good technical acumen: familiarity with integrations (APIs, data import/export), testing, data cleaning/migration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to engage stakeholders at various levels, lead workshops and training.
  • Project management / organizational skills: able to manage multiple concurrent implementations, timelines, deliverables.
  • Experience in visual line planning or design collaboration tools.
  • Prior exposure to B2B selling platforms or marketplaces.
  • Understanding of fashion/retail seasonal cycles; product assortment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of data visualization or dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
