WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a 3D Modeler with an architectural background to help deliver our projects. This is done through the modeling of architecture, hardscape and topography based on client supplied collateral. Ideal candidates are familiar with Architectural Drawings and are able to refine the model based on details within these drawings. While not required, a background as a 3D Artist with familiarity with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer is preferred.

WHY WILL YOU DO
Your primary duty is to deliver clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists.
This will be done via:
- Modeling architectural massing in Sketchup based off client provided CAD/Drawings
- Modeling site hardscape and topography in Sketchup based on client provided CAD/drawings
- Optimizing client supplied Models
- Conforming to our Modeling Standards
- Providing the team with clean import files.
- Refining client provided Sketchup models based off inspiration images or sketches
- Organizing and understanding client supplied drawings

A solid portfolio of work
Extensive experience with Sketchup
Experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop/Indesign)
Exposure to 3DSMax, Corona, Unreal Engine or Revit a Plus
Minimum BS degree in Architecture, optimal Masters in Architecture
