We’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the Driver Engagement team in Romania.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role — you’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to strengthen driver engagement, improve trust & safety performance, and enhance the overall driver experience across Romania.
You’ll play a key role in managing driver engagement initiatives, including driver communications, forums, feedback channels, and community-building activities, while also developing strategic rewards and incentive programs tailored to market needs. In addition, you’ll build and manage partnerships with key external partners and brands to deliver meaningful benefits for drivers and support Bolt’s growth and retention strategy.
Leading driver engagement initiatives - managing and improving the overall driver engagement strategy through effective communication channels, driver forums, feedback collection, and community-building initiatives aimed at increasing driver satisfaction, retention, and platform engagement. Driving the Trust & Safety performance - supporting and coordinating Trust & Safety initiatives by identifying operational gaps, improving driver awareness around safety standards and policies, and contributing to a safer and more reliable marketplace experience. Building and managing strategic rewards partnerships - identifying market needs and developing partnerships with external brands, fuel providers, banks, and other partners to create impactful driver rewards and benefits programs that strengthen driver loyalty and engagement. Leading cross-functional projects end-to-end - taking full ownership of driver-focused initiatives, collaborating closely with other functions, Marketing, Legal, Public Policy, and regional teams from problem identification through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with local and regional stakeholders - working together with local and regional teams to align on strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, optimise driver experience, and support sustainable marketplace growth across Romania.
You have 3-5+ years of experience in analytics and communication withinoperations, customer engagement, partner management, or high-growth environments where strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills are essential for success. You have a strong operational and people-focused mindset - you understand how to turn driver feedback, engagement insights, and market needs into impactful initiatives that improve driver experience, retention, and marketplace performance. You are proactive and solution-oriented - you take ownership of challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and independently drive projects from idea to execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have experience building and managing partnerships and engagement programs - whether through rewards initiatives, strategic collaborations, community-building activities, or driver-focused campaigns that create long-term value. You are organised, data-driven, and comfortable working with operational metrics, Google Sheets / Excel, and performance tracking to support decision-making and measure impact.
