In April 2021, we established Bosch’s first regional HR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) in Vecsés. To support our growing international operation, we are looking for motivated, service-minded students with a strong customer focus and an interest in HR.
Job Description
What you will do
- Support our multinational HR organization across the full employee lifecycle (from onboarding to employee changes and offboarding)
- Manage incoming HR requests, ensuring accurate handling, clear documentation, and timely resolution in line with defined guidelines
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related processes and policies as a reliable point of contact
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, data changes, and offboarding-related tasks
- Contribute to smooth HR operations by supporting process improvements and handling ad-hoc tasks when needed
- Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Qualifications
What you bring
- Active full-time student status at a college or university (BA or MA)
- Availability to work at least 30 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months
- Native Serbian or Romanian language skills and a good command of English
- Strong interest in building experience in HR
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Reliability, ownership mindset, and a strong customer orientation
