Technical Requirement:

Job Title: O365 and Azure Developer/ Senior Developer — SharePoint Online Guest Access

Role overview

Need a builder who can turn the guest access blueprint into reality—automating provisioning, enforcing policy, and integrating with our control plane.

What you’ll do

Develop request/approval/provisioning flows with Power Automate/Logic Apps/Azure Functions.

Implement site templates and PnP provisioning (policies, sharing boundaries, sensitivity labels).

Integrate with ServiceNow/JIRA for approvals and audit trails.

Automate Access Reviews, entitlement packages, and JIT access using Graph API/PowerShell.

Enforce Conditional Access and sharing policies via configuration baselines.

Build telemetry and dashboards (KQL/M365 usage) for control health.

Maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Bitbucket), tests, and release governance, support escalations and RCAs.

Produce deployment guides and runbooks; deliver KT to operations.

What you’ll bring

Hands‑on SPO dev/admin: SPFx, PnP Framework/PowerShell, CSOM, Graph API.

Azure Functions/Logic Apps, secure APIs, and scripting (PowerShell).

Familiarity with Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Access Reviews, PIM.

Working knowledge of Purview sensitivity labels/DLP.

Solid C#/TypeScript and Agile tooling (JIRA/Bitbucket/Artifactory).
