Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, business-minded employment lawyer to join our Legal Team as a Senior Legal Counsel. If you care about people, enjoy coming up with creative legal solutions to HR matters, and feel a thrill thinking about working on complex HR projects spanning across different jurisdictions, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for someone independent, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex topics with confidence and empathy.
Daily Responsibilities
- Providing daily legal support in employment law and related compliance matters.
- Working closely with teams across the CD PROJEKT group, especially within the People & Culture area (HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Partners, Employer Branding, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion).
- Leading or supporting complex cross-company and international projects.
- Developing practical solutions that balance legal requirements, business needs, and company values.
- Coordinating with external law firms, including international counsel.
- Drafting internal policies and regulations related to employment law and compliance.
- Coordinating various aspects of our SpeakUp! procedure regarding relations with employees (including participating in anti-harassment and anti-discrimination proceedings).
- Conducting or supporting internal compliance audits.
- Preparing and/or delivering internal trainings.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or at a reputable law firm.
- A degree in Polish law.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance topics in an international environment.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and communication skills.
- Creativity, open-mindedness, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluent Polish and English, including legal terminology.
Nice to have

- Interest in the video game industry.
- Legal advisor or advocate qualifications (or ongoing training).
- Knowledge of intellectual property law.

Working mode
In-office in a hybrid (at least 3 days per week) or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.

Estimated pay range for this position: 19 100 - 26 300 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
