Descrição do emprego

  • Supervising and supporting the daily operations of the accounting sector;
  • Preparing and analyzing accounting data to produce accurate financial reports statements.
  • Enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles IFRS BRGAAP
  • Participate in and ensure the conclusions of external and internal audits, etc..
  •   Meeting financial standards by providing accounting department annual budget information, FC, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions, budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements,
  • Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions
  • Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Contributing, deciding to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Guiding and evaluating the team under the company’s code of conduct vision, as well as motivating in their careers.
  •  Experience in systems implementation and project participation.
  • Experience with people leadership - managing conflicts, optimizing the team routines and yours.
  • Knowledge in Productions, Sales Market and controlling.
  • Organize and support any physical inventory

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is essential
  •  4- 5 years accounting or related experience and potentially to manage a team of 4 - 5 members
  • Teamwork and collaborate with other departments.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong operation of Ms Office (Excel) is a must
  • Good auditing skills.Product knowledge, market intelligence, sales skills, management and leadership competencies
