We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic growth within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Civilian markets.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of federal sales, strategic partnerships, and national security technology.

What You’ll Be Up To…

  • Own and grow customer relationships at the DHS component leadership level, building trusted partnerships that drive long-term value.
  • Lead capture management efforts alongside our Capture Manager for DHS Programs of Record.
  • Navigate complex federal procurement processes (FAR) to position Ditto solutions for success.
  • Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to secure technical wins and deliver mission-ready capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year contracts for homeland security systems, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Support customers during operational evaluations, field demonstrations, and program implementations.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, primes, and ecosystem collaborators to accelerate adoption and scale within DHS.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Ditto leadership on federal civilian market strategy, growth opportunities, and emerging mission needs.

What Helps You Thrive…

  • 7+ years of federal sales experience with a deep focus on DHS.
  • Strong, existing relationships across DHS components (CBP, USCG, Secret Service, FEMA).
  • In-depth understanding of DHS acquisition processes, budget cycles, and decision-making structures.
  • Proven experience working with Programs of Record and managing multi-year IDIQ contracts.
  • Expertise in homeland security technology, first responder systems, and operational mission needs.
  • Ability to partner effectively across internal teams (engineering, legal, partnerships) and external stakeholders.

Great-to-Haves…

  • Established relationships at DHS S&T or component CTO level.
  • Prior law enforcement or homeland security operational experience.
  • Experience selling ATAK/TAK solutions, tactical networking, or mission-focused software to DHS or law enforcement.
  • A track record of $4M+ annual sales in the federal civilian sector.
  • Understanding of border security, emergency management technology, and operational environments.
  • Familiarity with the partnership ecosystem around federal programs, including primes, subcontractors, and technology partners.
  • Active Secret clearance (minimum).

Location: Flexible within the U.S. (Washington, D.C. preferred).

Base Salary Range

$120,000—$180,000 USD

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

$240,000—$360,000 USD
