What’s the job?

Love turning ideas into polished visuals? Obsessed with layouts, typography, and making brands look sharp? We’re looking for a Creative Services Coordinator to join our Creative Crew! If you’re ready to dive into design production and keep things looking pixel-perfect, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

As the Creative Services Coordinator, you play an important role, creating and supporting our Marketing team.

  • Polish and perfect: Update reports, presentations, and marketing pieces using our templates.
  • Create cool stuff: Design simple visuals for social media, internal comms, and sales tools.
  • Keep us on-brand: Make sure everything looks sharp and consistent.
  • Template TLC: Refresh and organize templates and creative assets.
  • Print-ready magic: Prep artwork for print and chat with vendors when needed.
  • Team support: Help with image edits, photo library upkeep, and file organization.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • An early-career designer with a keen eye for detail and a love for clean design.
  • Diploma/degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or similar.
  • 2–3 years of inhouse (corporate) or agency experience.
  • Adobe Creative Suite wizardry (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • PowerPoint pro with layout skills.
  • Bonus points for photography or video editing skills.
  • Strong communication and time-management chops.
  • A portfolio that shows off your layout and production skills.
