About This Opportunity:

We are a small, but mighty, global total rewards team seeking a skilled and proactive Rewards Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will support the development and execution of our global total rewards programs across our multiple office locations. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Docebo’s compensation programs across all regions to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with company goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to develop and maintain a robust compensation structure that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent on a global scale. The Rewards Manager will also ensure all compensation practices comply with relevant national, regional, and international laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and administer the company’s global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs, considering regional market variations.
  • Conduct comprehensive international market research and salary surveys to analyze internal and external pay equity and to ensure the company’s compensation is competitive within each region.
  • Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions across multiple countries to determine appropriate salary grades, job levels, and classifications.
  • Manage the annual global compensation review process, providing guidance and support to managers and leadership in various countries.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to advise on compensation-related decisions for a global workforce, including new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate employees and managers worldwide on compensation philosophy, policies, and practices.
  • Ensure all compensation practices are in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements across all operating locations.
  • Utilize and maintain compensation-related software and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all regions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, transforming global compensation data into predictive insights and innovative rewards solutions.
  • Explore and implement new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of global compensation processes.
  • Administer the employee stock purchase plan through Shareworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing global compensation strategies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and global compensation management software.
  • Experience with the G Suite.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
