How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Role
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Team in onboarding data into our various platforms. A Data Entry Specialist will analyze and interpret the data to meet the accounting needs of our clients.
- Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information in accordance with best practices for FinQuery’s suite of products
- Meet or exceed daily production goals with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify and communicate discrepancies and raise any questions for clients and lease accounting specialists as needed
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and projects
- Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for lease information to ensure data entries are complete and accurate
- Work and communicate effectively with other team members
- Conduct all business by FinQuery policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
The Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Data entry experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Reliable time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
