We’re looking for a motivated Junior SEO Manager Protected Category law 68⁄99 (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and drive the company to the next level. As part of our global SEO headquarter team, you will have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role
- Contribute to SEO projects across multiple international markets, ensuring best practices are adapted to different languages and user behaviours
- Conduct site audits of multiple websites and perform competitor analysis across different markets.
- Collaborate on global content strategies spanning multiple markets and funnel stages, working closely with localisation teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithmic changes to continuously adapt and improve SEO and GEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze site performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement as well as Identify potential site improvements and create business cases to demonstrate their potential and value.
- Explore and test emerging disciplines of SEO such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve brand visibility within LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Carry out testing and various actions to drive app downloads through ASO
About You
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) and are eager to grow into a role with international scope.
- Decision-making is data-driven, as you possess excellent analytical skills
- Enjoy working with localization specialists, content creators, and technical teams to deliver SEO improvements that scale internationally.
- Excellent communication skills enable you to effectively present your ideas and results to different audiences
- Eager to learn new tools and approaches, and not afraid to test ideas and iterate amd have experience of using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Have experience or knowledge in CRO and/or UX
- Ideally worked on international app store optimization (ASO) projects and have worked on international websites with many page
