Job description
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Processing and execution of clients’ crypto requests, including funds conversion from fiat to crypto and execution to the dedicated wallet/account in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation and payment execution teams;
- Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of the related parties within the company;
- Close communication and use with crypto liquidity providers, crypto exchanges and trading platforms;
- Currency risk mitigation via hedging instruments and platforms;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and security, to conduct in-depth investigations;
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management;
- Ensure required liquidity levels are met on the daily basis in cross-team collaboration;
- Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving transaction monitoring processes;
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends related to crypto transaction monitoring;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
- In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
- Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
- Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- High sense of personal accountability;
- Fluent in English and Russian.
