Job description
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Process and execute clients’ crypto transactions, including fiat-to-crypto conversions and transfers, in coordination with compliance, reconciliation, and payment teams.
- Manage end-to-end cryptocurrency operations for internal and related entities
- Work closely with crypto liquidity providers, exchanges, and trading platforms.
- Mitigate currency risks using hedging tools and platforms.
- Support cross-team investigations together with compliance, legal, and security.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry for effective financial tracking.
- Monitor and ensure required liquidity levels daily.
- Recommend improvements to risk controls and transaction monitoring processes.
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 2+ years of proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
- In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
- Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
- Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- High sense of personal accountability;
- Fluency in English and Russian.
