Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate web-based projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with development, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of web projects: from planning to release.
  • Define scopes, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate collaboration between technical and creative teams.
  • Identify risks, track progress, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Ensure strong communication with stakeholders and project transparency.
  • Optimize workflows and support process improvements.
  • Collaborate with legal, data protection, and other internal partners when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or web development.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and UX/UI principles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
  • English level: strong intermediate or higher – ability to confidently participate in video calls and communicate with the team
