Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Web Back-End Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.
You’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create powerful APIs, integrate systems, and ensure smooth, reliable performance.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Strapi
- Integrate APIs with front-end and third-party systems
- Build custom modules and plugins for CMS (especially Strapi)
- Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and write data migration scripts
- Deploy and maintain applications in Dockerized environments
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and version control (Git)
- Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in back-end development (preferably in full-stack JavaScript environments)
- Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, and Strapi
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and JSON-based integrations
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React or Angular
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player who communicates clearly and works well in Agile environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
- English level: strong intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with NestJS, Koa, or Hapi
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Segment)
- Understanding of accessibility, performance testing, or A/B testing
