Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Web Back-End Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.

You’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create powerful APIs, integrate systems, and ensure smooth, reliable performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Strapi
  • Integrate APIs with front-end and third-party systems
  • Build custom modules and plugins for CMS (especially Strapi)
  • Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and write data migration scripts
  • Deploy and maintain applications in Dockerized environments
  • Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and version control (Git)
  • Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in back-end development (preferably in full-stack JavaScript environments)
  • Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, and Strapi
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and JSON-based integrations
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React or Angular
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who communicates clearly and works well in Agile environments
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • English level: strong intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NestJS, Koa, or Hapi
  • Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Segment)
  • Understanding of accessibility, performance testing, or A/B testing
