Why we’re hiring:

Lead and support global property finance initiatives, driving transformation and FP&A for the company’s worldwide property portfolio. This role is pivotal in global business case development, enhancing capital expenditure (Capex) tracking, standardizing financial processes across the global property estate, and transforming the overall property cost category. You will provide expert financial guidance, manage complex transactions, and lead a team, partnering closely with the Finance Business Partners in HQ.

The role provides key financial support to the global property directors in their mission to streamline and transform the property estate.

The role would involve a significant amount of communication and exposure to teams across the globe, with a large volume of collaboration being in New York and London

What you’ll be doing:

· Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive global property financial strategy, planning, and analysis across a complex global estate.

· Global Property Business Casing: Lead development and review of robust business cases for property investments/divestments.

· Capex & Cost Transformation: Oversee global Capex tracking and lead initiatives to optimize property costs.

· Standardisation: Implement consistent financial processes and reporting across the global property estate.

· Transaction Management: Lead financial due diligence and structuring for global property transactions.

· Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate global property financial reporting, including IFRS 16.

· Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a team, collaborating with internal and external global partners

What you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, strong accounting foundations, and experience in complex matrix organisations

· Ideally 8-10 years of property finance experience, 3-5 years in leadership, with global exposure.

· Proven expertise in business case development, Capex management, and IFRS 16 understanding and modelling

· Exceptional financial modelling and Excel skills, strong analytical aptitude, and strategic planning.

· Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.

· Chartered Accounting preferred
