We are looking for a talented Banking IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT and Business analysis of Banking Products.
Responsibilities :
- Gain understanding of business domains and align software solutions with user needs
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog (features, enhancements, bugs)
- Create functional specifications and wireframes for Sprint planning approval
- Participate in planning meetings to clarify requirements and set priorities
- Lead daily alignment meetings to ensure delivery matches requirements
- Collaborate with implementation team for effort estimation and scope planning
- Support documentation creation and updates as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT post-graduation.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in the Banking Industry.
- Understanding of software applications, fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, understanding of APIs and knowledge of Application Architecture..
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
