Job Description
What You’ll Do
- You act as a role model by fostering a culture that aligns with the Group’s core values and promotes excellence across teams
- You proactively contribute to a positive and efficient client servicing environment, both locally and at the Group level
- You participate actively in board meetings and clearly communicate complex technical matters to the Management Team
- You support the launch and administration of private equity, fund of funds, and open-ended fund structures, while driving project execution
- You collaborate effectively with colleagues, enforce policies and procedures, and mentor junior team members on both routine and complex fund administration tasks.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Guernsey financial services industry
- Strong background in fund administration
- ICSA qualified or other relevant qualification (e.g. ACCA or CISI) desirable
- Experience of or desire to support junior members of the team
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
