We are seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.  In this role, you will partner with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to identify and attract top talent, supporting the exponential growth of our Engineering teams. This is a critical role in our talent organization; we are looking for someone who is passionate about people, is a creative problem-solver, and has in-depth experience hiring top Engineering talent. This position is full-time and fully remote.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting for top international software engineering roles; must include 2+ years’ experience recruiting talent in Europe
  • Ability to quickly understand technical skill requirements and determine candidate fit, based on required and desired qualifications
  • Technical industry knowledge and general understanding of relevant technical skills, companies, engineering communities, etc.
  • Experience developing strategies to source and engage passive technical candidates
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced query techniques
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages that highlight the exciting opportunities at Janea Systems
  • English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English)
  • Located in South East Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role, including skills, geography, and experience
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, based on the specific needs of each position, to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates for recruiting
  • Serve as the talent ambassador to Janea Systems by creating positive interactions with candidates and communicating the amazing opportunities that exist at Janea Systems
  • Evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit for each position
  • Build and maintain a repository of passive candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and ongoing relationship management
