What you’ll be doing
Lead and supervise day-to-day General Ledger activities, including month-end closing and reporting
Act as a key member of the COE Lithuania leadership team, contributing to strategic and operational decisions
Own and continuously improve the Record-to-Report process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization across GL activities
Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Monitor performance KPIs and support target setting together with the Head of COE Lithuania
Lead, coach, and develop the GL team, fostering a strong feedback and performance culture
Support onboarding and training of new team members and upskill the existing team
Collaborate closely with Global Finance, other functions, and business stakeholders on projects and ad hoc initiatives
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from an international FMCG, consumer healthcare, or fast-paced environment
Proven experience in General Ledger accounting within an ERP-based setup
Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay)
Previous people management experience in a transactional finance environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS
High proficiency in Excel and digital finance tools
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Hands-on, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
