About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Commercial team. This is a critical hybrid role where you will be a trusted partner to our Commercial leadership, directly impacting their efficiency while also driving operational excellence for the entire sales function.

You will masterfully blend high-level executive support with hands-on sales operations, ensuring seamless processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will empower our mission to democratize liquidity in digital assets by freeing our leaders to focus on strategic growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about enterprise sales in the crypto industry, and we expect the successful candidate to have the potential to grow into a Business Development role over time.

This is an on-site role with minimum possibility to work remotely. An ideal candidate should would be based in one of our office locations: Brussels, Paris or Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Travel Coordination: Masterfully manage complex calendars for Commercial leaders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate seamless international travel, conference attendance, and client meeting logistics, anticipating potential challenges and offering solutions.

  • Sales & Client Enablement: Support in identifying and making contact with potential leads and new clients while preparing for events; occasional client and competition research; coordinating collaboration and communication cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance etc. as needed to support diverse commercial processes;

  • Process & Documentation Excellence: Streamline documentation flow, transcribe accurate meeting minutes, and help track team budgets. Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize the daily workflow and decision-making of the Commercial team.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a relevant role such as Executive Assistant, Commercial Support, or Sales Operations, ideally in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry. Experience working effectively with C-Suite or senior leadership is required.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and an aptitude for learning AI productivity tools.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Business English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Organisational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable discretion, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Passion & Mindset: A genuine passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and the digital asset space. You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a rapidly changing industry.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
