Salary: $68,000-72,0000/year
The Grants Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial administration of grants and cooperative agreements. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintains accurate records of grant activity, and provides financial reporting and analysis to support programmatic and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for all grant-funded programs, including budgets, expenditures, and allocations.
- Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for corrective action.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports to funding agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with grant audits and financial reviews, providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Support the Finance Team in reconciling accounts, processing journal entries, and maintaining financial controls for grant funds.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in grants accounting/nonprofit accounting
