This role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Salary: $80-105/hour

We are seeking a skilled Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a Zero Trust security framework for our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud security, network segmentation, identity and access management, and federal security standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the security posture, enforce compliance, and implement ZTA principles across all systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust security frameworks across enterprise systems.
- Develop and enforce policies for data handling, access control, and identity management in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new security technologies to support ZTA objectives.
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps in current security architecture and recommend improvements to achieve ZTA maturity levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure ZTA initiatives align with federal or industry compliance standards.
- Track implementation progress of ZTA initiatives and report on metrics and compliance milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years related work experience
$80 - $105 an hour
