ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global leader in technology industry with diverse range of businesses, is seeking a Product Return Specialist.
📌 Location: Marousi, Athens
📍 Working Model: Hybrid
🖋️You will be reporting to: Customer Care Manager
Your work will include:
Acting as a key contact point for product return operations, ensuring the effective management of RMA processes, complaint handling, and monitoring of pending repairs across the Greek and Cypriot markets.
More specifically:
Responsible for the entire Product Return operations for Greece & Cyprus
Management of RMA issuing process and validation of technical returns
Resolution of complaints and execution of credits or exchanges
Utilization of the OOW Customer Care program for efficient handling of out-of-warranty cases
Monitoring of pending repairs (LTP) and coordination with service centers
Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of key KPIs and service network performance results
Management of NERP and RMA evidence for process compliance and reporting
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical Studies, or related field (preferred)
Experience in Customer Care, RMA, or Product Return processes will be considered a strong asset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong report writing and analytical abilities
Proactive, innovative, and self-motivated personality
Ability to work independently and continuously add value to customers and the company
