Your role:

Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple business units.
Analyze the company’s financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support decision-making by preparing detailed variance analyses and management reports.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments.
Partner with leadership to optimize costs, improve profitability, and track KPIs.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
Gather and analyze information on the macro environment, financial market, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What makes you stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is a must.
2–3 years of total experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, or financial modeling.
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with BI tools ( Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
