  • Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs of law enforcement and judicial clients.

  • Use real-world case studies to demonstrate best practices and practical applications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Technical Support, TAMs) to support technical enablement and certification initiatives.

  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) or portals to monitor learner progress, assessments, and certification results.

  • Conduct surveys and interviews with customers to identify and evaluate training requirements.

  • Contribute to the design and development of training resources and materials.

  • Share relevant training needs and digital learning resources as appropriate.

  • Develop comprehensive training strategies, initiatives, and supporting materials.

  • Review, test, and provide feedback on training content to ensure quality and effectiveness.

  • Generate accurate and timely reports on training activities and outcomes.

  • Document customer performance and training results for internal tracking and improvement.

  • Manage logistics including enrollment, scheduling, budgeting, and equipment coordination.

  • Travel as required to support training delivery and customer engagement.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer in SaaS training, ideally within public safety or justice domains

  • Demonstrated knowledge (or ability to learn) of digital evidence workflows or compliance frameworks.

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

  • Experience using authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia), Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, SAP Litmos), and virtual training platforms.

  • An empathetic and supportive communicator who builds confidence in learners.

  • Detail-oriented in curriculum design and documentation.

  • Adaptable to fast-evolving software products and public safety standards.

  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams.

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

  • Willingness to perform in person training as needed (travel up to 50%)

You will have an advantage if you also have:
