Role Summary
This role is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving CCI’s Enterprise Analytics and Self-Service Analytics architecture across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic modeling, analytics governance, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. The position requires strong architectural ownership, enterprise-scale analytics expertise, and the ability to guide delivery teams on scalable, secure, high-performance, and AI-ready analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in BI, Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Platforms, or related technology domains
- Proven experience designing and governing Enterprise Analytics and Self-Service Analytics architectures
- Strong enterprise-scale experience with Microsoft Power BI Service architecture, administration, and governance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric architecture and services (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Semantic Models, Data Agents, Copilot)
- Experience designing and governing semantic models, reusable datasets, enterprise data models, and governed analytics layers
- Experience with Power BI / Fabric capacity-based deployment, capacity management, scalability, and cost optimization
- Strong experience designing RLS / OLS security models and multi-country or multi-domain authorization architectures
- Experience optimizing large-scale semantic models, incremental refresh, aggregation strategies, composite models, and query performance
- Ability to make architecture decisions across DAX, semantic layer, data model, upstream data engineering, and platform layers
- Experience working on AI-assisted analytics, Copilot, Data Agents, agent-based analytics, PoC, MVP, or AI-enabled analytics initiatives
- Strong understanding of analytics governance, metadata management, lineage, certification, lifecycle management, and operational standards
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure, InfoSec, Governance, and Analytics Delivery teams
- Proven ability to provide architecture leadership, technical governance, and enterprise-scale design standards
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and structured problem-solving skills
- Advanced level of English communication (written and verbal)
Strong Experience
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or multinational environments
- Experience with enterprise BI modernization, reporting consolidation, or analytics transformation programs
- Experience with Power BI deployment pipelines, Dev/Test/Prod lifecycle management, and release governance
- Experience with Google BigQuery, Azure, or modern cloud data platforms
- Experience contributing to AI-enabled analytics strategy, Copilot adoption, or analytics R&D initiatives
- Experience building or supporting Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) or governed self-service analytics operating models
Nice to Have
- Consulting background with the ability to work in a hands-on and execution-oriented manner
- Experience contributing to architecture governance forums, technical review boards, or enterprise design authorities
