The Role

As a Client Success Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting Senior Client Success Managers and Client Success Managers, by ensuring campaigns are executed successfully from start to finish. You are the go-to person for managing all internal workflows post-sale, including managing creator relationships. You independently and confidently manage day to day tasks while understanding when to pull in the CSM for support and provide them with clear status updates. You take 100% responsibility and are accountable that all processes run smoothly and that the campaign meets both client expectations and internal standards.

If you’re successful

  • You will fully own creator communication. You will communicate clearly and effectively to ensure everyone has all the information needed to successfully execute the campaign
  • Your timeline management skills are top notch and you take 100% ownership on meeting deadlines.
  • You will own the entire creator content process, including reviewing creator briefs, sharing feedback, reviewing concepts/content, and scheduling content posting
  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creator Operations and Paid Media to move the campaign forward
  • You will be a campaign reporting wiz, collect Post Campaign Analysis data, build graphs and additional reporting results
  • You will have a strong working relationship with the CSM you are partnering with, proactively flagging any concerns, sharing status updates, arming them with the information they need to successfully support the clients
