About the Role
We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only.
You will be actively inside accounts daily, making optimizations, fixing tracking, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Own
Campaign Management & Optimization (Daily Execution)
Manage campaigns in Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
Optimize:
- Bids
- Budgets
- Keywords
- Targeting
Improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- ROI
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor performance using:
- Google Analytics
Analyze:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- Conversion rates
- Campaign efficiency
Identify underperformance and take action immediately
Ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting
Campaign Setup & Testing
Build campaigns from scratch:
- Structure
- Ad groups
- Targeting
- Ad copy
Conduct:
- A/B testing (ads, landing pages, targeting)
- Keyword research
- Competitor analysis
Tracking & Technical Setup (Critical)
Implement tracking via:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
Troubleshoot:
- Conversion tracking issues
- Data inconsistencies
Ensure reliable data flow across systems
Reporting & Communication
Deliver weekly performance reports with insights
Share:
- What’s working
- What’s not
- What’s next
Communicate clearly with internal teams

Non-Negotiables
2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads
Active Google Ads Certification
Strong experience with:
- Search Ads
- Performance Max campaigns
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
Proven experience with lead generation campaigns
Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
Fluent English communication
Ability to work U.S. hours
Nice to Have (Top Candidates)
Experience with:
- Google Shopping Ads
- Meta Ads / Paid Social
Familiarity with:

Experience managing multiple client accounts
