A day in the life:

  • As a Data Access Manager, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class support for our prospective clients while we pitch them, specifically guiding them through our Access & Integration process to connect all data sources to our internal systems.  As the Data Access Manager, you will work closely with our Revenue team, who owns the prospective client relationship during vetting, and the Analyst team, who owns the analysis/marketing audit portion of our sales cycle. The Data Integration Coordinator is focused on building rapport with prospective clients, and facilitating a positive experience with the Power Digital brand during vetting.

The Data Access Manager is an excellent English speaker, with reputable EQ and client-facing skills; they’re able to calmly and confidently guide clients through any data access requirements with a constant positive attitude.  This role is responsible for understanding the data access process for all platforms we work with.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an important initial point of contact for prospective clients
  • Manage client onboarding environments
  • Manage library of Access & Integration materials
  • Regularly update internal documentation of access processes as they change over time
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize our Access & Integration processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • Training and Onboarding Expertise: Experience in guiding customers through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions.

  • Problem-Solving Experience: Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software-related context.

  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Familiarity with using analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting

  • Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks

  • Familiarity with the Access protocol for the following platforms a plus:

    • Google Analytics
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Pinterest Ads
    • Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar CRMs
    • Klaviyo & similar ESPs
    • Shopify & similar CDPs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Decrease avg. days to complete access requests (OKR = 7 days or less)
  • Increase % completion of integrations requested (OKR = 70%+)
  • Decrease number of unsuccessful integrations (OKR = 30% or less)
