About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more of our core product lines. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver innovative and impactful products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building great products and have a proven track record of success in product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Launch new products and features, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology company.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
- Experience with data analysis and user research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Passion for building great products and solving customer problems.
- Experience in [Specific Industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce] is a plus.
