Your new role

As our new Security & Travel Risk specialist you will stay vigilant on current developments that could possibly threaten our colleagues or projects globally. This position is in our amazing Headquarters in Copenhagen, but for the right candidate other Ramboll offices could apply. You will be part of our Group Security team placed in our HSSEQ Department, reporting to our Head of physical Security and Crisis Management. Group Security´s main priority is to enable our people and business by managing Security risks with minimal disruption. You will be part of a professional, supportive and driven team. We lead, govern and drive improvements for our organisation in Physical, People and Travel security. We are also responsible for the company wide Crisis Management framework. This role sits at the intersection of Risk management, Business needs, Geo-developments and IT/Tech. You will have the opportunity to drive further improvements to our Travel risk management program, even if we already have a very good setup in place. This includes taking ownership and drive improvements to Procedures, Tech, and Partner collaborations. Being a member of Group Security, you will also have the opportunity to support in other areas such as Physical Security, Security investigations, and Crisis Management. You will collaborate with fantastic colleagues on all levels, external partners and third parties on complex issues and risks. Our security team is known for its engagement, professional conduct and ability to deliver clarity in complex situations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Delivery of our Global Travel Risk Management Program aligned with our risk appetite
  • Managing third-party vendors and contracts
  • Managing our Travel Risk Management Software, application and tools
  • Quality assuring the risk mitigations on all High-risk travel travels
  • Management of Duty phone function including assuming Duty phone responsibility
  • Investigating Travel risk incidents and driving future mitigations
  • Supporting Group Security on other team responsibilities

About you

  • You hold a degree at B.Sc. and/or have (5-8 years) of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Travel Risk Management systems and standards, Awareness training, including HEAT is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant Military or Law enforcement experience would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
  • Certificate or official training in Advanced root cause analyses methodology
  • Clear and confident communication with different stakeholders in sometimes stressful situations
  • Our working language is English, but we welcome additional language skills
