Since 1993, Roland Berger has established a strong office in Belgium (Brussels), with a young and dynamic team of ~80 professionals. Job Description
You will support the following activities:
- Send out our thought leadership (studies, reports,…) via direct mailing campaigns to our clients (top management of Belgium’s most notable companies)
- Drive social media campaigns and brand awareness
- Prepare press releases and media outreach
- Support the organization of events, such as our regular CEO roundtables
- Track the results of our marketing efforts and improve impact
- Liaise with our Platforms (groups of consultants working on a given industry or topic) to make our marketing efforts as effective as possible
- Liaise with our Global Marketing team, to apply the Group best practices and ways of working, to the Belgian market
- Safeguard the correct use of our CRM and many marketing tools
- The above responsibilities are indicative and may evolve depending on business needs
Qualifications
You have the following background / field of interests:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, with strong collaboration skills
- Very good communication and writing skills in English and ideally, Dutch and/or French
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology (CRM, LinkedIn campaigns,…)
