Role Overview As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be the operational anchor that turns vision into action. You will design, implement, and continually refine the processes that keep our business running smoothly, from strategic planning to ensuring our cross-team and executive discussions lead to decisive action. Your work will touch every part of the company, giving you both a panoramic view and the ability to shape how we scale.

You’ll work side-by-side with the leadership team, translating big-picture goals into measurable results, removing friction across the business, and making sure we operate with clarity, speed, and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the leadership team’s strategic priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps with timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.

  • Track progress against company goals, anticipate risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep us on course.

  • Prepare the right data, insights, and context so leadership discussions lead to concrete next steps and accountability.

  • Ensure teams understand not just what they’re doing but why, creating shared clarity across functions and regions

  • Identify opportunities for teams to work smarter together, removing silos and building repeatable ways of collaborating.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or similar fast-paced environments. Founder or early-stage operator experience is a strong plus.

  • A proven track record of driving initiatives from idea to execution, across multiple functions at once.

  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, able to spot what’s missing, fix what’s broken, and optimize what’s working.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate persuasively in writing and in person.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping a laser focus on priorities.
