Job Title: Solutions Delivery Strategist I (Hybrid)

Location: Ewing, NJ or Tempe, AZ or Yardley, PA

Duration: Fulltime

Overview:

Our client is looking for a strategic thinker to join their Client Solution Development team. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate across teams, shape innovative solutions, and drive measurable results for our clients.

As a Solution Delivery Strategist, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Assessing client requests and crafting tailored business, process, and technology solutions
  • Developing proposals and pricing strategies that align with client needs
  • Developing and presenting solutions
  • Managing a dynamic pipeline of client engagements from concept to delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Resolves complex problems or transactions where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
  • Supports the Business Information Officer Team developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs
  • Owns one or more process, report, procedure, or product, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables
  • Explains existing system capabilities to key business users. Leverage existing capabilities into solutions
  • Maintains knowledgebase of systems features and functionality as it relates to the current state
  • Is a subject matter expert with respect to the business practices and procedures for the business teams that he/she supports
  • May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience related experience required
  • Must have Mortgage lending, origination and servicing experience
  • Experience driving projects forward, hitting deadlines and handling high volume client solution and project requests
  • Primary focus of role is on day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, and occasionally representing the department at a broader level
  • Experience partnering and collaborating with external clients and business teams
  • Experience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teams
  • Ability to form relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Gaining ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers
  • Understanding of software architecture including various architectural techniques and enterprise design systems
  • Functional knowledge, including multiple methodologies and tools, and ongoing awareness of evolution within the industry that breeds innovation across the team
  • Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology (servicing platform) is a plus, but SMEs available for support.
