We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.

What you will do โœ๏ธ

  • Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
  • Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
  • Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels

Who you are ๐Ÿ‘€

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience inย customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries.
  • Experienceย working with KYC or due diligence processesย is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.
  • Familiarity withย CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)ย is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Able to work US hours (2 PM โ€“ 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • SQL or data-handling skills are a plus
