In a business that moves fast, in a highly regulated environment, this role will bring clarity and structure where it matters most, supporting the team with clear insight. You’ll work closely with a highly involved Executive team that wants frameworks that work in the real world, not as a paperwork exercise.

- Track record of working directly with senior stakeholders on strategic decisions and high-impact risks.
- Ability to make complex, and sometimes dry subjects, easy for others to understand and engage in.
- A self-starter who works on their own initiative, enjoys autonomy but knows when to ask for help.
- A degree and recognised professional qualifications (i.e. ACII, IRM, ICA etc.) are welcome but not essential.
Please note this role is based in Gibraltar with 2 days a week in the office. The successful candidate must have the eligibility to live and work in Gibraltar. We’re open to both full time and part-time working patterns for the role.
