Job description

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will support the delivery of web and/or mobile app SaaS products within our CMS offerings through a combination of research, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you’ll contribute to key product management activities across the entire lifecycle: including discovery, definition, launch, and post-launch optimisation, helping to ensure our products meet both user needs and business objectives.

This is a hybrid role, our office is located in Miami - Gold Coast.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to define product requirements and specifications

  • Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions

  • Assist in creating product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business goals

  • Support the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery of product features

  • Following the direction of the Director of Product, coordinate with product development teams to realise product concepts and bring them to market including writing stories and acceptance criteria, working with designers and engineers to refine stories, and performing user acceptance testing

  • Partner across product teams to ensure successful implementation of platform level features

  • Promote a culture of autonomy, transparency and teamwork, while staying very customer focused

  • Translate product features into customer benefits and work with marketing to develop messaging and positioning for our sales organization and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Build positive relationships and trust through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations

  • Track results, provide insights, and make recommendations to improve customer experience, efficiencies, and ROI

  • Work closely with the Sales, Support, Customer Success team’s to ensure product strategies are aligned

  • Demonstrated success in a similar product management role or related field.

  • 2+ years commercial Product Management experience

  • Customer orientated and solution focused

  • Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with a variety of audiences within the organisation, including technical concepts

  • Flexible team-player who can partner with all functions of the business, getting team members buy in and feedback with ease

  • Detail oriented and highly organised with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment

  • CMS knowledge (Craft CMS preferred, however any CMS experience is valued)

  • Solid understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility best practices, particularly across websites

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, implementation, marketing, and customer-facing teams

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across the business and balance priorities

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including running workshops, training, and onboarding

  • Knowledge of integrations (CRMs, enrolment forms, calendars) and basic SEO fundamentals

  • Experience working in a SaaS Edtech / at a private school (is desired)

  • Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a cross-functional team across APAC and North American markets (is desired)

  • Experience delivering a customer centric and value driven digital product (is desired)
