Our award-winning ecosystem also includes an advanced sleep-tracking mat, and medically accurate devices for precise and effortless blood pressure and body temperature monitoring.

As part of our preventative health strategy, we’ve developed new devices which enable our users to detect undiagnosed chronic conditions, such as atrial fibrillation and breathing disturbances.

In North America, we partner with Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, and other retailers. Our products are also used in diabetes prevention programs, remote patient monitoring initiatives, and university-led clinical studies, and our free application, Health Mate, has millions of active users around the globe.

About the role:

This role will involve you processing and handling orders, dealing with online Retailers directly or through EDI systems.

You will support the sales team operations to support the overall objective of the business.

You will also identify opportunities for improvement in the sales operations and systems to ensure greater efficiency, with a strong focus on using AI and coding tools to automate and streamline core processes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global teams.

Responsibilities

Optimize the order-to-cash process:

  • Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders using our ERP system (SAP ByDesign).
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and other sales documents.
  • Manage product returns and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain and regularly update pricing structures and product catalogs.
  • Document, maintain, and optimize operational procedures.

Continuous improvements :

  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to streamline the operational process
  • Collaborate with the France operations and platform team to implement digital and AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency.
  • Proactively collaborate with Sales, Sales Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 year’s experience in sales administration or supply chain management
  •  Experience with SAP or other ERPs
  •  Proficiency with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts), SQL is a plus
  • Keen aptitude for AI tools and programming environments.
  •  Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; insight and attention to detail
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Independence and sound decision making
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain Management, or other relevant discipline

This position will be based in our Boston, MA office. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in our Boston office.
