We are seeking an innovative and agile LTL Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our LTL (less-than-truckload) Load Management team to coordinate and assist our carriers to ensure excellent service for our customers.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads
- Communicate with external and internal parties regarding delays or issues with shipments
- Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
- Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
- Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
- Report and manage accessorials and extra fees our carriers might charge
- Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
- Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- LTL or transportation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
