Job description
We are looking for a talented interface designer to join our design team. You will be taking the core part in projects along with the Design Business Analyst, which includes information architecture analysis, prototyping, creation of visual solutions, and overseeing the implementation of the projects. Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Human Resources, Logistics and Transportation, Education, ESG, Waste Management, Healthcare.
Requirements
Hard skills:
Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints, etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level
Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam)
Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
Experience in usability testing and analytics tools
Knowledge of WCAG
Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture
Mobile Application design proficiency
Optional: UI animation experience
Optional: code-based prototype tools experience will be a plus (e.g., Framer)

Be ready to share and follow the team’s values and principles
Ability to independently fulfill tasks, make informed decisions and take responsibility for them
Ability to work with incomplete requirements and build assumptions and hypotheses that allow you to move forward
Provide meaningful reasoning for the design solutions

Communicate effectively with audiences (both clients and colleagues) from various cultures
Portfolio with strong visual cases and artifacts that demonstrate design process are required (competitor and user researches, requirements analysis, user flows, journeys, personas, IAs, usability testing outcomes etc) – we need it beforehand, but in case of NDA, you may show it on a call.
Languages:
English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)
Responsibilities:
Perform design tasks given by Design BA
Follow team design standards
Perform self-check on mockup quality
Provide full interface delivery according to the defined requirements
Communicate with development team on the mockups progress and updates along with Design BA
Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
Define personal growth tasks and plan with Design Lead
Be initiative on the new processes/standards/team activities
Find the ways of the product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
Estimate your design tasks and update Design BA on the progress and updates
Participate in client meetings be ready to present design decisions to client’s stakeholders
Lead usability testing and customer development interviews with end users
