Technical Sales Support

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our sales team and customers in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers by assisting with product knowledge and application recommendations
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations for customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Norway
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any technical issues
• Actively contribute together with the colleagues in the sales team to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Class 2 concrete education
Good knowledge of concrete technology (tunneling, chemical injections, spray- or, prefab concrete)
Minimum 3 years’ working experience from concrete industry
Experience from construction enterpreneur environment is a merit
Awareness and openness for new know-how in technical topics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in using MS Office applications, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Valid drivers license B
