Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7+ years.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM business processes including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Experience working in Agile and Story writing, use cases writing etc.
- Strong understanding of customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
- Write clear, concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria following Agile practices.
- Break down complex processes into epics and stories to create a structured, value-driven product backlog.
- Act as a key liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize stories into themes and map related business processes.
- Ensure full business engagement during design, development, and testing phases.
- Provide insights to improve business processes, not just relay requirements.
- Possess working knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules – Sales, Service, and Marketing – including basic admin tasks.
- Work effectively with global teams across time zones.
- Support UAT and ensure requirements are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
