Join our team as a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist I to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team, supporting eCommerce websites and warehouse channels.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Active listener and good team collaborator
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- PC proficient
Responsibilities
- Create digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
- Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
- Send email communication to vendors as needed
- Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts (not required, but a plus)
