Summary

Join our team as a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist I to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team, supporting eCommerce websites and warehouse channels.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and follow processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Active listener and good team collaborator
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • PC proficient

Responsibilities

  • Create digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
  • Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
  • Send email communication to vendors as needed
  • Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive parts (not required, but a plus)
