Job Description
- Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP programs in SAP systems.
- Building and maintaining CDS Views for data modeling.
- Leading or supporting data migration projects.
- Coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed.
- Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements, ensuring best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong hands-on experience with CDS Views and ABAP on HANA.
- Proven experience in data migration tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills - you enjoy mentoring, coordinating, and bringing people together.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 experience is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
