Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Accounting Consultant to join our Odoo team and make a significant impact by working with clients to implement financial accounting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong client interaction skills, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have a deep understanding of financial accounting processes. You will be responsible for designing business flows, implementing solutions, and managing projects with clients, all while being part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement business solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement financial accounting solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Design business flows: Create and design business process flows that effectively cover customer business processes and financial operations.

  • Client interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Regularly update clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project management: Manage the project with the client, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards and budget.

  • Analyze business processes: Review and analyze existing accounting processes, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​ Financial Accounting: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, with experience implementing financial solutions.

  • Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills and proven experience engaging clients to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English): Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for working with diverse clients and teams.

  • Project Leadership: Experience leading projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring project success.

  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify challenges and offer solutions.
