Job Description
- Develop visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, ads, banners, and marketing assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals that align with business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and optimize files for both print and digital use.
- Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative and modern designs.
- Optimize images and graphics for various platforms and marketing channels.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools to create high-quality designs.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a college degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency.
- Knowledge of design trends and best practices in the industry.
- Amenable to work from 3pm – 12am, Monday to Friday.
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience in motion graphics, UX/UI design, or web design is a plus.
