The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is looking for experienced professionals to volunteer as mentors through our Mentorship for Ukraine Program. As a mentor, you will provide career guidance, practical advice, and industry insights to help Ukrainian professionals regain confidence and move forward in their careers.
Your Role as a Mentor:
- Guide mentees in career planning, job applications, and professional development.
- Offer resume feedback, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Share insights on industry trends, workplace culture, and career progression.
- Engage with mentees through our mentorship platform, allowing for easy scheduling and communication.
